Receiving the John H. Graham Fund ReadyMe Scholarship is an important and meaningful step in my leadership journey. The ReadyMe program helped me grow both personally and professionally, offering practical and actionable strategies. It has also helped me build a strong network of peers. With this growth, I’m committed to giving back in hopes of helping other association professionals, especially emerging leaders, see this work as a true career path. I also hope to create spaces where they feel confident, included, and empowered to lead. Lastly, eager to obtain my CAE to deepen my impact in this field.

The John H. Graham IV Fund was established in 2020 by the ASAE Board of Directors with the support of ASAE Past Chairs and ASAE Fellows, in celebration of the life and legacy of John H. Graham IV, FASAE, CAE.
