About the ASAE Next Gen: Rising Star Award
Qualifying Applicants
- ASAE members who are 35 years old or younger.
- Individuals who have made a substantial, positive impact on their organization and/or the association industry.
Award Details
The Next Gen Rising Star Award recognizes an emerging leader under the age of 35 who demonstrates exceptional promise, dedication, and impact within the association profession and community. This award honors an individual who exemplifies innovation, integrity, and a strong commitment to excellence within their organization and community.
Recipients of this award are distinguished by their ability to inspire, lead with purpose, and drive positive changes, setting a powerful example for peers and future association professionals.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be age 35 or under at the time of application.
- Applicants must be a member of ASAE for at least one year.
- Applicants must be employed full-time as a staff member for an association.
- Must have at least one year experience as an association professional.
- Provide letter of support from employer along with employment confirmation from HR of applicant’s employer.
Program Cycle
Applications open January 12th 2026 and close March 15th 2026
