Annual Fund
The Annual Fund is an unrestricted fund administered by ASAE Research Foundation for research that advances foresight, defines effective practices, and amplifies association value. Your support informs crucial conversations and decision making, and helps associations navigate the future and build sustainable strategies.
Future Leaders Professional Development Scholarship Fund
The fund provides scholarships offering complimentary access to ASAE in-person events, programming and financial assistance for expenses for young professionals in the association community to actively engage in career-advancing opportunities. The Future Leaders Professional Development Scholarship was an effort initiated by Michelle Mason, FASAE, CAE (ASAE President & CEO) to support young professionals pursuing professional development opportunities.
John H. Graham IV Diversity Equity and Inclusion Fund
The John H. Graham IV DE&I Fund was established in 2020 by the ASAE Board of Directors in celebration of the life and legacy of former ASAE President and CEO, John H. Graham IV, FASAE, CAE. The fund honors John's commitment to diversity and inclusion. This is a restricted fund administered by ASAE Research Foundation to support ASAE and ASAE Research Foundation DE&I work.

ASAE-USAE Travel Scholarship Fund
In 2021, Ross E. Heller, founder, and publisher of USAE and CustomNEWS, Inc., made a contribution to ASAE Research Foundation for the creation of a restricted fund that will provide financial assistance to ASAE members seeking to attend ASAE Annual Meeting for professional development, networking, and career advancement. The ASAE-USAE Travel Scholarship honors Anne Daly Heller, who passed away in 2021.
Sal Martino Grant for DEI Research
The Sal Martino Grant for DEI Research aims to encourage collaborative research between members of the academic and practitioner communities to expand and advance DEI knowledge in association management and leadership. The grant provides up to $15,000 to one meritorious proposal (per cycle) addressing DEI in nonprofit membership and member-serving organizations management and is intended to support the research activities of those working (or matriculating) in an academic community, association management professionals, and consultants/private contractors in association management.
CAE Scholarship
The CAE Scholarship provides financial assistance to support a diverse workforce of underserved communities in association management towards their pursuit of the Certified Association Executive credential (CAE).
