What is a Friendraiser?

Can’t make it to one of ASAE’s signature fundraising events but still want to support our mission? Volunteers and co-hosts across the country have found creative ways to give back to the ASAE Foundation in “friendraisers.” From a roast honoring past chair Peter J. O’Neil to luncheons and cocktail parties, friendraisers can take many forms and are a great way for current donors to share their passion for the foundation’s work with their network.

Giving Tuesday

For 24 hours on Tuesday, November 27, the ASAE Foundation will celebrate Giving Tuesday, a global giving movement that has been built by individuals, families, organizations, businesses, and communities in all 50 states and in countries around the world. The ASAE Foundation is proud to participate in this movement and seeks to engage the entire ASAE membership in this opportunity.

Summer fest 2018

We have created a Host Committee made up of ASAE volunteers and donors that represent a wide cross section of the industry. These folks will be responsible for each finding 6 additional people to attend. This ambassador-like program combined with our anticipated marketing scheme we estimate will net us between 100 and 150 in Alexandria and between 50 and 75 in Annapolis.
