Project Background

This research aims to address neurodiversity inclusion in association management, identifying leading practices for creating inclusive environments for neurodivergent leaders, members, and staff. Despite growing awareness, limited research exists on neurodiversity within associations.

The ASAE Research Foundation invites qualified and experienced organizations, consultants, and academic institutions to submit proposals for research on neuroinclusive environments in association management. Those interested must read the RFP in full, as it lists specific requirements that must be met in order to be considered.
