About the Certificate
The ASAE Certificate in Strategic Foresight Application provides association professionals with comprehensive training through two detailed courses, focusing on applying and embedding foresight principles to strategy and operations. Foresight Application Course 2: Embedding Foresight into Your Association
Ready to build upon your foundational foresight knowledge? Course 1 introduced key foresight principles, language, and futures-thinking as they apply to your association’s strategy and operations. If you’ve started implementing your personal foresight action plan and are eager to advance your training, this course is for you! Designed to fit busy schedules, this course is delivered in four 90-minute live virtual events over four weeks.
Completing all sessions in Course 2 will equip you with the knowledge and practical skills to facilitate transformational change, conduct visioning and scenario exercises, and effectively communicate your future vision through storytelling.
Note: To maximize your investment in this course, it is highly recommended that you have completed Course 1: Applying Foresight to Strategy and Operations and/or have a strong understanding of the discipline of foresight.
