Scholarly Research Grants Program

The Scholarly Research Grants Program (SRGP) facilitates research projects in the academic community, forging partnerships that add to the body of knowledge in association management.

Sal Martino Grant for DEI Research

A new addition to the SRGP portfolio, the Sal Martino Grant supports research exploring diversity, equity, and inclusion in association management. The grant provides awards to meritorious proposal addressing DEI in nonprofit membership and member-based association management and is intended to support the research activities of those working (or matriculating) in an academic community, association management professionals, and consultants/private contractors in association management.

Innovation Grants Program

The Innovation Grants Program (2007-2020) provided funding to support the creative exploration and project development that will raise the association community’s awareness of and engagement with innovative ideas and projects. This grant is no longer being offered.
